Athens Greece, Olympic Games 2004 Organization,  (career pinnacle) 

                Worked in close partnership with the Hellenic Police, the Greek Government and International security experts to host a safe and secure Olympic Games 

employing the most advanced security technologies of all time. Consultants and trainers came from Germany, Israel and USA to mention a few. 

A specially trained security force of over 41,000 personnel worked around the clock for the security of the Games.

              This was the finest security operation in the history of the World !

Olympic security was the responsibility of the Hellenic Police (Ministry of Public Order) and specifically of the Olympic Games Security Division (OGSD) – a special police unit created for the 2004 Olympic games reported directly to the Chief of Police and was staffed by Police, Coast Guard, Fire-Brigade, Defense Forces personnel and other 'specialists' from around the globe.

FYI :  amazing but true...  The Greek Government has not approved the shotgun as a valued and needed defense /offense weapon as America has. Yet fully automatic HK MP5's abound almost everywhere... slung over the shoulder of most line officers throughout the city. NOW that the Olympics are in the past and Greece has attained a new plateau in Law Enforcement and counter terrorism cabailities, Karas will be active as a consultant processing / gathering  "forensic shotgun data"  related to terminal ballistic performance, and the roll the police shotgun has played in successful police operations during real life & death police scenarios. This assignment will assist in bringing governmental approval for a very needed piece of police equipment into the Hellenic Police Academy / National Security School and ultimately with line officers needing an appropriate response to the threat level.

RE: CORRECTION FOR TODAYS STORY - bullets with guidance systems

Mr Hemmer as I stated earlier my name is Alexander Karas, a participant and trainer at the

"INVITATIONAL COUNTER-SNIPER COMPETITION" sponsored by US Secret Service, Capitol

Police Emergency Response Team, HK training/weapons systems/ALERT 45. Additionally, I worked

 with Israeli's, Germans and elite International law enforcement specialists and trainers from 2003 through August

2004 for the Olympics and their security preparations in Athens Greece... also privy to the latest technologies for years

     Again, parts of your story were in fact incorrect. As promised, here are the corrections with supporting

      data re: controllable bullet technology.  I'll also clarify what actually went down during this rescue.

THIS MISSION DID NOT USE CONTROLLABLE BULLETS - the story, its animation and copy eluded to the use of controllable bullets.

1.      There is, and has been for some time, controllable bullets with patents as early as 1978 and through the 80’s-90s

2.      There’s several types of systems and up until recently – it’s been a closely guarded secret

3.      It is usable only under specific situations.

4.      This particular triple “pirate kill” at 75 to 90 feet from Seal Team Six was an absolutely well orchestrated

simultaneous triple kill at dusk with night scopes and conventional armament and ammo... but the challenges were huge:

A) Snipers on the fantail of the rescue ship are going up and down and its dusk

B) 3 pirates in the life boat are also going up and down at on a different wave crest and valley

C) An AK-47 is put into the back of the Captain to possibly execute him.

D) all three shots launched at exactly the same time and hitting the 3 pirates saving the life of the Captain.

ALL 3 pirates were dead before the sound of the bang even reached them. Speed of sound at 75 degrees Fahrenheit 

is 1133.94 feet per second . It was in an odd way rather humane.... everything went silent and dark the electronics

                        within the brain instantly short circuited... no pain

Just so you know, allow me to explain the controllable bullet scenario. Its ONLY application is very long

distance- and here's what happens in the blink of an eye!

 The round is launched, the bad guy moves, the trajectory adjustment is made by analysis of data, generating

 corrective control signals in response to guidance impulses, actuating steering controls on a molecular nano technology

 level to deflect airflow imparting correctional changes steering the full momentum of mass to impact the acquired and

followed target. (whew… all in a split second)

Mr. Hemmer, only the laws of physics prevail – INERTIA & MASS. NO Angelina Jolie 90 DEGREE TURNS, NO CLIMB

AND DIVE maneuvers. A bullet travelling with 17,490 Newton-meters of energy loses its kinetic energy and its

effectiveness, when greatly redirected. ONLY slight changes in trajectory can be effected during a 2 to 3 second ride.

range of between 2,200 and 2,300 metres. " But the U.S. rounds, they discovered, "fly farther, faster," said Cpl. "Bill", a 26-year-old

 native of Fogo Island, Nfld. The two-man Canadian team, coupled with American Sgt. Zevon Durham of Greenville, S.C., made the kill from

 2,430 metres, or nearly 2 1/2 kilometres, on the second shot This feat is the equivalent of standing at the foot of Yonge St. and hitting a target 

in the intersection of Yonge and Wellesley Sts., just north of College St. The first shot blew a bag from the hand of their target, an Al Qaeda 

fighter walking on a road. "He didn't even flinch," said Bill, who spoke on condition that his real name not be used.

"We made a correction and the next round hit exactly where we wanted it to. Well, a bit to the right."
