"Spiderman tires" are Kevlar Baja speed rated 37x1250x17 "sipped" rubber which means

thousands of razor thin cuts 1/4 inch apart around entire tread surface making them sticky

to rock and loose particles without clogging. 

Outperforms ALL AM General H1, H2, Military Humvee's in  all dynamic climb tests.

RUSSIAN  PATROL  BOAT / HYDROFOIL

At  just under 10 meters in length- most of the hydrofoil lifts out of the water and rides on the surface leaving the 

prop and a razor edged foil "flying" just below the surface of the water, challenging traditional hydrodynamic laws of weight hull 

displacement, & hull drag coefficients achieve amazing speed ratios with small amounts of horsepower and moderate rpm's. 

Replacement of Russian GAZZ engine with a modern day rotary wankel - almost doubling maximum rpm (8,500) and horsepower.

 Also,  coating of hull and foils with DUPONT teflon will further reduce friction. Anti-cavitations engineering and re-enforcement

of hull and foils will be necessary to withstand the additional pressures that the estimated 60 PLUS knots per hour will create.

Seller claims the boat was used as a Patrol Boat USSR in the Black Sea. No military markings other than bullet holes have been 

identified yet.  A most interesting and creative technical project .
